Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2 business days. Occasionally we experience delays due to a high volume of sales. Notification about these delays can be found on the listings for each item.

NextLevel Training ships orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

NextLevel Training ships domestically in the United States.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping charges vary based on the items and quantity ordered.

Shipments will arrive 3-5 days after you receive your shipping notification.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive an email notifying you when your order has shipping. Tracking information will be provided.

NextLevel Training does ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

Customs, duties, and taxes

NextLevel Training is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


NextLevel Training is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
